Steps to proceed with an Escrow Arrangement

Determine whether or not you require:
- a government suitable escrow arrangement
- a standard escrow arrangement pdf / word
- a reseller escrow agreement
Review the appropriate escrow agreement, ensure that Software source code and associated materials and trigger events are correctly described for your requirements
Review the costs.
Complete the schedules to the escrow agreement and make any other amendments to the escrow agreement that you require.
Check with the other party whether or not same is satisfactory.
Have the completed agreement reviewed by us.
Print and execute three copies of the escrow agreement and arrange for execution of same.
Return three executed copies to us.
Software source code and associated materials may be deposited at any time.
