It was founded by Steve White who saw a need for customers to have the security of knowing that their source code and other materials were available if required and software developers who wished to ensure the security of their source code and other materials and yet provide options for their customers.

Providing efficient customised and personal escrow services is at the core of our business. You can be assured that when you call us you are dealing with a qualified expert in escrow.

Most of our business is from our existing customer base in government, defence, health, banking, software, telecommunications and manufacturing.
