Cash Escrow

Sometimes our clients require us to escrow cash and release same to a third party at specified times during a transaction.

Those times can be the delivery of milestone, asset or password (including domain name passwords) or the expiration of a warranty or claims period.

If you are interested in using this service please forward your agreement to us for approval.

In the interim, our fees for this service are generally as follows.

$10,000 to < $50,000	$2,500
$50,000 to < $100,000	$5,000
$100,000 to < $1,000,000	$10,000
$1,000,000+	1% of the amount held capped to a maximum fee of $25,000

Typically we hold the funds in a solicitors' trust account but we can hold same in an interest bearing facility if required.
