Where are our customers located?

In approximately 50% of our matters there is at least one party (either a customer or a developer) that is resident for taxation purposes outside Australia.

In approximately 10% of our matters both the customer and developer are resident for taxation purposes outside Australia.

Upon request we can provide a Certificate of Residency pursuant to the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 (Cth) for your local taxation authorities.

An Australian escrow agent, such as our company, offers the parties a respected neutral escrow service located in a jurisdiction in which the rule of law is well respected.

Accordingly many clients are confident that we provide the services that they require.

Further, we often agree to being subject to any other jurisdiction that the parties may require.
