Software Verification Fees and Services Schedule at at 25 January 2016

Verification Option	Description¹⁾	Fees²⁾
Level 1	This includes: (a) extracting all Escrow Materials (including removing recursive compression); and (b) testing to confirm the existence of all Escrow Materials in a listing³⁾ provided by either the developer or customer and or supplying you with a md5 hash⁴⁾ for each deposit. Also included is extracting and storing the Escrow Materials onto separate magnetic media to remove the risk of: (i) media failure; and (ii) the supply of defective passwords. In the case of SaaS this includes validating all supplied userids and passwords once per month.	Annual Verification Fee: $2,000 plus GST per annum in advance.
Level 2	This includes a level 1 verification and then attempt to execute a successful compile of the Escrow Materials	Annual Verification Fee: $5,000 plus GST per annum in advance plus tools⁵⁾ less any applicable rebate ⁶⁾.
Level 3	This includes a level 2 verification and attempt to compile the Escrow Materials to produce successful binaries which match those being used by the customer	Annual Verification Fee: $7,500 plus GST per annum in advance plus tools less any applicable rebate⁷⁾.
Level 4	In the case of SaaS, this includes running the agreed checks once each month to ensure that the instance is ready and current in the event of a trigger.	Annual Verification Fee: $10,000 plus GST per annum in advance plus any applicable instance operational costs

⁵⁾ Please note that the cost for many compilers and tools is $Nil as we have licences for a wide range of commonly used compilers and tools.
Some Developers, however, are using specialised processors which require specialised compilers which we will need to acquire on behalf of the customer to compile the source code.
This is often a good risk mitigation strategy in any event as the Customer may at some stage require such tools.
